The half-day event on Friday 10 May will feature a keynote presentation on the applications of artificial intelligence-driven data processing in the search for critical minerals.

Join Mining, Exploration and Geoscience for Exploration in the House – New data, new exploration futures at the NSW Parliament House Theatrette from 9 am to 1 pm. Sadly the event is booked out!

During this half-day event, the keynote address is by Professor Dietmar Muller, titled “Critical mineral prospectivity mapping using generative AI.” Professor Muller’s Earthbyte Group at Sydney University leads the charge in this field, showcasing the importance of geoscientific data and the thrilling opportunities emerging technologies like artificial intelligence offer in the search for future deposits.

The Geological Survey of NSW will also present data, ongoing projects, and their implications for exploration and investment in NSW.
