Elnaz Heidari

Elnaz is a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney’s EarthByte Group, School of Geosciences. With a MSc degree in Mining Engineering – Mineral Exploration from Amirkabir University of Technology, she has gained practical experience through her involvement in various mineral exploration projects for industry, where she employed remote sensing techniques with satellite data and integrated findings from geophysical, geological, and geochemical data sources. Her current research focus is on “deep-time exploration for mineral deposits along convergent margins,” aiming to advance sustainable mineral exploration practices.
